Vacation Rental Description

Lovely home on the golf course, patio facing North. Turnkey and very tastefully furnished. Great 
room with 42" Hi Def Plasma TV, Radio, CD and DVD players. Free US long distance calling. Free 
internet access. Separate dining area seats 6. Ceiling fans in every room. Office off living room. 
Kitchen with cooking island, stainless steel appliances and dining area w/table w/4 chairs . King 
bed in master w/36"TV. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Separate utility Room with washer, dryer and sink. 
2 Car Garage. Home is beautiful and fully equipped with everything from dishes to linens. Marvelous 
views of the golf course and mountains. North facing covered patio lot with stainless barbeque and 
outdoor fire pit. Outdoor dining w/6 chairs.  Two chaise lounges. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

In Del Webb's Sun City Shadow Hills guard gated community within walking distance of the fabulous 
clubhouse equipped with heated indoor pool and spa and beautiful heated outdoor pool and spa which 
looks like an upscale vacation hotel pool area. Huge exercise facility with top 
equipment, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, billiards, all available to tenants at no charge. The 
magnificant 18 hole golf course can be available for resident rates. All located in the 
beautiful Coachella Valley desert area, home to many movie stars and  presidents. It's a beautiful 
place to be!  

Activities and Attractions

Yoga, stretch, tai chi, aerobic, etc. classes available. On site Special Interest clubs to numerous 
to mention. Age restricted community, one renter must be 55 or over.  The Coachella Valley 
offers numerous events year round (Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Golf Tournement in January, Dinah Shore 
Nabisco LPGA Tournment in February/March, Indian Wells Tennis Master Series in March) as well 
as world class dining and lifestyle. Casino gambling and entertainment within 5 minutes driving 
time. Fantastic hiking abounds and world class shopping on El Paseo. Sun City Shadow Hill is very 
conveniently located. Costco, Target, Home Depot, Grocery Stores, Trader Joe's etc. all within 5 to 
10 minutes. What's not to love! Mountains are 1 hour away- Los Angelos and beaches 2 hours away. 
Disneyland is 1 hr 45 mins away.

Vacation Rental Rates

July thru September         $1850 per month  
May-June & October          $2500 per month
November thru April         $3700 per month
                           

One month minimum. Will negotiate for 6 months rental in off season. Owner will pay up to $150 per 
month utilities in summer months.  $1500 refundable security deposit required.  Pets ok upon owners 
approval with $200 refundable deposit. Non-refundable cleaning fee $150.00 without pets.  
Non=refundable cleaning fee of $250.00 with pets as carpets must be cleaned to rid allergy causing 
pet dander from carpets.
