'Sunset' villa with pool overlooking lake, NEAR TO BEACH! in Naples

Our large beautifully decorated villa is located on the upmarket gated community of Briarwood which is close to the many wonderful beaches of Naples.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and large
walk in shower. The bedroom has access to the pool area through
sliding patio doors with wonderful views over the lake.

The 2nd Master bedroom with it's King size bed also has an en-suite bathroom/shower and looks over the lake area. Access can also be gained to the pool and large sun terrace through sliding patio doors.

The 3rd bedroom with it's king size bed and 4th bedroom with 2 x single beds, both share the 3rd bathroom/shower.
The beautifully decorated light and airy lounge has a four panel sliding patio door which opens onto the pool area.

All window/doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for your childs safety.

The large private and secluded extended heated pool and sun terrace is south west facing and is in the sun from early morning until sunset.

At night the pool area is beautifully illuminated with the wonderful lighting system from the lanai area and swimming pool. 

The villa is ideal for couples or large families.

Overlooking a beautiful lake the villa is situated on the upmarket
gated Briarwood community, allowing access to residents and authorised
visitors only. Our home is furnished to a very high standard with
luxury being paramount and no expense spared. The large 28ft x 14ft
heated pool is south west facing with a large private sun terrace. There is a
recreational area for the exclusive use of the Briarwood residents
and guests, with 2 larger swimming pools, tennis + volley ball courts and a children's play area.

So whether you want to go deep sea fishing or just hire your own boat the choice is yours.

The lovely boutiques and restaurants of 3rd and 5th Avenue are close by where you can sit, have a drink and watch the world go by!

To the south is the fabulous Marco Island and to the north is the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva islands which are famous for their shells.
