The Master bedroom has a King size bed,en-suite bathroom and large
walk in shower. The bedroom has access to the pool area through
patio doors with views over the lake. The 2nd bedroom with views of
the lake has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom/shower therefore
making it a 'second master bedroom'. It has
access to the pool area through patio doors. The 3rd bedroom has 2
single beds with the 4th bedroom having 2 double beds. Both the 3rd
and 4th bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom/shower.
The light and airy lounge has a four panel sliding patio door which
opens onto the pool area. All doors leading to the pool area are
alarmed for child safety. The large heated pool with extended sun
terrace is south west facing and is in the sun from very early
morning until sunset.
The villa is ideal for couples or two families. Two sets of golf
clubs are provided for the use of guests to take advantage of one of
the many outstanding courses around Naples.

Briarwood itself is a quiet gated community with 2 larger open air
swimming pools, childrens play area, tennis and volleyball courts,
all of which guests are able to use. Fast developing into a major
tourist destination, Naples is a great apres-theme-park escape for
the discerning visitor. Unofficial 'Golf Capital of the World' with
50 easily accessible courses, its sweeping Gulf beaches are just a
stones's throw from the Everglades. The main attraction downtown is
in Olde Naples and along 5th Ave South, where a collection of shops,
restaurants and cafes lie in wait. To the south is the fabulous
Marco Island and to the north is the beautiful islands of Sanibel
and Captiva which are famous for their shells.
