Let us guide you to the breathtaking features of the Eastern Sierra
after you check-in to your beautifully appointed condominium. We are
conveniently located just a short walk to the Gondola, N. Village,
restaurants, fine shopping and night life.
Whether you stay in one of our cozy studio units, large two bedroom, three bedroom or choose a spacious premiere four bedroom, your
experience with us will keep you coming back for more.
Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and many have propane BBQ's on the deck. All our condo's are made up with high thread count linens and towels. Each unit has cable TV, high speed internet, wood for the fireplace and stocked with your necessary paper products. You can be certain that all units are clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all of the necessary products to make your stay enjoyable.  All our units are non-smoking.

The complex has a spa, sauna, recreation room and changing rooms.  We are right on the FREE shuttle route to the ski resort and walking distance to the Gondola and Village Shopping.

We feature prime lodging and vacation rentals in Mammoth Lakes. You will find that our condominums are convenient to the ski slopes,
Gondola, shuttle system, restaurants, fine shopping, night life, bike
paths, public tennis courts, music/summer festivals and much more.
Our complex has a large spa which operates all 4 seasons. Our
beautiful pool is open during the summer months. We have an exciting recreation room with a pool table, tennis table, pinball machine and a relaxing seating area to enjoy the fireplace.
We have 3 shuttle stops located at our property to take you directly
to the Canyon ski lodge (just a short 1/2 mile up the road)and we are with-in walking distance to the Gondola.
BBQ's are located throughout our complex and wood is provided on the decks of those unit's with fireplaces.
Parking spaces are provided close to your vacation rental. Each unit
is supplied with luxurious towels and linen as well as all paper
supplies.

Mammoth Lakes is a four season resort. You can enjoy skiing at our
world reknown ski resort, Mammoth Mountain or snow-shoe out your
front door.
Groomed Cross Country Skiing is always fun or ice skating at our
local rink.
In the summer we have exciting music and art festivals almost every
weekend as well as fishing, hiking, rock climbing, swimming and
golfing at our two courses.

Our rates are very competitive. We do not charge a cleaning fee or Linen fee.  You will not find another complex with more value and convenience anywhere in Mammoth Lakes.
All major credit cards are accepted at the time of booking to secure your
reservation.  Final payment is due on your arrival date.
Reservations may be cancelled with a small fee of $25. if cancelled
one week in advance of your arrival and three weeks in advance on
Holidays and special events.
No refunds for early departure or snow conditions. We have a two
night minimum stay requirement (varies on Holidays and special
events). Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.
