Deposits: 50% deposit due upon making reservations. Balance due 30
days before arrival. $300 Security/Damage deposit due 30 days before
arrival. The Security/Damage deposit is fully refundable within 45
days of your departure provided there is no breakage, damage, missing
items and long distance call charges to the unit telephone.
Refunds: Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival forfeit
deposit.
