This cottage is in the Flora-Dale Association. It is a 3 bedroom, 1
bathroom home. It was built in 1997 and remodeled in 2004 with
hardwood floors and new central heat and air. It is close to the
common area which includes 2 tennis courts, an in-ground heated
swimming pool, and shuffle board.
Although this cottage is not directly on Silver Lake (you can see
the
lake from the front yard)it is just a short walk to the private
beach
with 400 feet of frontage and a great view of the sand dunes. Silver
Lake State Park is just walking distance away.The beautiful sandy
beach at Little Pt. Sable State Park on Lake Michigan is just 1.5
miles away.
