schedule. For the non golfers relax at the pool or play tennis at 
the gorgeous tennis courts sitting just minutes away right next to 
an awesome playground for the kids. This is all within a high end 
gated community in which 600k to multi million dollar homes are all 
around you. Additionally, we are just minutes away from all that 
Palm Beach has to offer with the Atlantic Ocean, glamorous shopping 
and superb internationally renowned restaurants. 
So whether you want to play golf every day or experience a variety

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have everything you need including: pool and changing room, 
tables and lounge chairs, towels, all appliances and cooking 
utensils, dishwasher, lovely furnishings throughout the home, 3 TV's 
with cable hook up, phone, washer, dryer, iron and ironing 
board. Basic cooking supplies such as sugar, flour, etc. with a 
fantastic Publix Market just outside the gated community. Palm Beach 
International Airport is less than 10 minutes from the house.

Activities and Attractions

Golf is the #1 activity in Atlantis which is it's own 1 sqare mile 
incorporated city within the West Palm Beach area. Additional 
activities within the gated community are Tennis, Walking the 
Gorgeous Fairways, Golf Club Restaurant, Driving Range and of course 
the relaxing pool and patio. Palm Beach offers tremendous 
activities such as internationally renowned restaurants, Atlantic 
Ocean just minutes away for access to all the Beautiful Palm Beach 
beaches, Tremendous shopping, parks and the glamour of downtown West 
Palm Beach.

November 16 - March 30    $3,963 per month (available weekly as well)
April 1   - November 15   $1,963 per month (available weekly as well)
Annually                  $1,463 per month

Depending upon availability tenants can rent as little as one month, 
several months, annual or even weekly. 
Rental periods greater than four months are plus utilities.
