This condo was purshased and decorated for my parents who live out the country and visited every
year. This year we are spending time with them over seas and the condo is available. The property
has been a place of happiness and joy for all in my family. We have spent many wonderful hours
exercising by walkiing and biking around the island. Our night adventures ranged from walking to
the water ferry and taking it accross the bay for dinner in downtown San Diego, or exploring the
many resturants on Orange Avenue, to eating on our balcony. Our afternoons are filled with
exporing the beach, shops, and Hotel Del as well as festivals and art displays at Sparklets Park.
The complex is mostly occupied by permanant residences who are very very warm and freindly. We look
forward to sharing the joy we have experienced during our vacations in Coronando.
The master and second bedrooms have a queen bed,and the living room sofa is also a twin-sized
hideabed. There are TVs and DVD players in the livingroom. DSL wireless Internet are included. The
kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a disposal and a new dishwasher. The glass-topped oval
dining room table and chairs seat six. There are two bathrooms, with bathtub/showers. There is a
full size washer/dryer in the condo. There is elevator from parking to each floor. Our
balcony has terracota floor and swinging patio furniture. We have two designated parking
spot. The unit is completely stocked with dishes, bedding, towels, beach towels, hairdryer. I am
looking to rent to individuals who will treat this condo as gently as their own home.
