Our condo is designed with couples in mind for a romantic getaway.  It has a king sized bed. 
There is a tall cafe table by the front window with fabulous views of Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf of  
Mexico. Imagine the fun of watching for dolphins or pelicans while you enjoy your morning coffee  
from this second floor unit. 
 
Treasure Island is really an island and you must cross causeways to get there.  It is surrounded by  
water and that is part of the ambiance. 
 
Our condo is across the street from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.  The sunsets are  
fabulous and are part of the Florida fun.  The condo property has its own private access to the  
beach.  Just walk past the pool to the white gate marked "Sunset Cove Only". On the bayside there is  
a picnic area, barbeque grills, and a dock you can fish from.  The  
sunrises over the bay are fantastic too, if you are an early riser. 
 
There is shade on the beach till 11:00 or 12:00 each day, if you want to limit  
your sun exposure. 
 
The large sparkling  pool has three tropical tiki huts to provide shade.  There are  
lounge chairs around the pool for sunbathing and chairs for just relaxing under the shady tiki huts. 
 
This condo comes fully furnished.  The kitchen is complete with full size stove, refrigerator and  
over-the-stove microwave and all you'll need for cooking including a crock pot. The linens are all  
supplied.  There are even beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to take to the beach. 
 
This completely updated Florida style condo is definitely one of the nicer condos at such a  
reasonable price this close to the beach. 
 
Sunset Beach is a quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle, yet you are just minutes away from  
all the action.  At the end of the island there is even a scenic boardwalk. 
 
The seventh picture shows how close we are to the Gulf of Mexico and the white  
sandy beaches and how close the bay is.  Pictures 1 and 5 are taken from the condo of the bay. 
  
Previous vacationers have described it as "another day in paradise"!

There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, churches and night life right in the town of Treasure  
Island or nearby. 
During spring training there are several baseball teams here. 
Disney World & Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away. 
Tropicana Field, Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium and several golf courses are nearby. 
The Pier, Florida Museum and other art museums are close by too. 
There are just too many activities & attractions to list them all.

Tampa International & St. Pete airports are about 30 minutes away. 
Spend some quiet time together with a romantic, moonlight stroll on the beach before returning to  
the condo.

Rates are subject to 12% Florida tax and $60 cleaning fee per stay. 
 
To hold each reservation: 
   Deposit of $100.00 for weekly and $200.00 per month. 
We must receive your reservation deposit within 5 days in U.S. and 10 days international. 
 
A security depoist of $100 required on weekly rentals. Monthly rentals $200 security deposit. 
Your security deposit minus any damages will be returned within two weeks of your stay.
