Our condo is designed with couples in mind for a romantic getaway.

It was designed for two people.

Get away & get together.

Treasure Island is really an island.  You must cross causeways to get there.  It is surrounded by water and that is part of the
ambiance.

The condo is directly across a quiet two lane street from the white powder sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and we are on the intercoastal.  We have beautiful water views.

The sunsets are fabulous and are part of the Florida
fun. The condo property has its own private access to the
beach. Just walk past the pool to the white gate marked "Sunset Cove
Only".

There is a tall cafe table for two by the front window of this second floor
unit with fabulous views of the intercoastal.
Imagine the fun of watching for dolphins or pelicans while you
enjoy your morning coffee.

On the bayside there is a picnic area with picnic tables, barbeque
grills, and a dock you can fish from.
The sunrises over the bay are fantastic too, if you are an early
riser.

There is shade on the beach till 11:00 or 12:00 each day, if you want
to limit your sun exposure.

The large sparkling pool has three tropical tiki huts to provide
shade. Next to the pool is a beautiful garden area with
palm trees and lush tropical plants for your enjoyment.
There are lounge chairs around the pool for sunbathing and
chairs for just relaxing under the shady tiki huts.

This condo comes fully furnished. The kitchen is complete with full
size ceramic cook top stove, refrigerator and over-the-stove microwave. Plus all
you'll need for cooking, including a crock pot, mixer & lots of pans
& cookware, cofee maker, toaster, blender and teapot. The linens are all
supplied. There are even beach towels,
beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to take to the beach.

The living room has two comfortable recliners and a small sofa.

There is flat screen cable tv in the living room.

This completely updated Key West style condo is definitely one of the
nicer condos at such a reasonable price this close to the beach.

Sunset Beach is a quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle, yet
you are just minutes away from all the action. At the end of the
island there is even a scenic boardwalk.

Condo assocation rules limit the number of people in the unit to four.

There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, churches and night life
right in the town of Treasure Island.

Also, lots of fun candy stores, souvenir shops, shell shops, in Treaure Island.

Visit historic John's Pass and it's quaint shops.

Close by are dolphin cruises, gambling cruises, pirate cruises & charter fishing.
They will even cook your fish for you at the Friendly Fisherman.

Did we mention parasailing, jet skiing & scuba diving & the dog races.

Catch the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicanna Stadium less than 20 minutes away.

Disney World & Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away.

Busch Gardens & Raymond James Stadium are nearby.

Enjoy year round golf at a multitude of courses.

The Pier, and art museums are close by too.

A short distance across the causeway are Tampa and St. Petersburg, with
their museums & galleries & every weekend finds a festival, taste, or special music event.

There are just too many activities & attractions to list them all.

Tampa International & St. Pete airports are about 35-40 minutes away.

Spend some quiet time together with a romantic, moonlight stroll on
the beach before returning to the condo.

 Reservation is not complete until we receive your deposit.

We recommend booking early.  As you can see our schedule fills up quickly.

We accept mid week check-ins.

To hold each reservation:
Deposit required

A separate damage security depoist may be required on  rentals.
Your damage security deposit minus any damages will be returned
within two weeks of your stay. We have never had to keep a deposit.
