The 650 sq ft studio/guest house on private estate, has a panoramic view of all 5 islands out every window. Step up to the king sleeping loft and catch a full water view. Cozy day bed serves as a perfect surf lookout during the day, trundle provides for extra guests. Located on private estate. Wine tasting tour and vineyard 4 miles through canyon. Due to the stairs,
this unit does not accommodate handicap access.

Great rates. Malibu Wine Tasting/vineyard tour 2 miles through
lovely canyon. Surfer's Paradise: 3 minutes from famous Malibu
Mako's Surf Camp at Zuma Beach; 5 minutes from locals surf
locations, "Stairs" and "County Line". Malibu's best dive
spot "Deer Creek" only 10 minutes down PCH. Reserve an evening to
attend the local outdoor theater or dine at the world famous
Geoffry's Restaurant. The newly refurbished Getty Villa is open for
viewing near PCH and Sunset. This location is also near to Charmlee
State Park for hiking. Kayack rentals available in town. We are an
hours drive to Santa Barbara, 30 minutes from Channel Islands
Harbor. Catch the ferry for a day to Catalina.

• HOLIDAYS: Thanksgiving: 4 night minimum $235/night  + 12% occ tax Christmas/Hanukkah: 4 night minimum $1300/week.

• $1450/wk June,July,August,Sept (235/night) 4 night minimum.$100 cleaning + 12% occ tax

Rental is secured with deposit. Booked on a first come first served basis via credit card for your convenience. Occupancy tax city mandated is 12% of total rental rate less cleaning fee.

If you cancel more than 90 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned, less than 60 days, forfeit deposit; within 30 days, no refund. No credit given for shortened stays or weather.
