We are located at 449 West Ave - 2nd floor. You can relax on the
patio and look at the people passing by on West Ave. We also have a
third floor with a roof top deck that has a wonderful view of Ocean
City. We are walking distance to the bay area, quaint shops and
restaurants on Asbury Ave, amusement rides and more. The grocery
store is two blocks away for your food shopping needs.
No smoking and no pets are allowed on the premise.
No phone service.

The house is perfect for families to stay and enjoy beautiful Ocean
City, New Jersey.

The house is filled with amenities. If you have a baby, this house
would be perfect for your stay in Ocean City. The house has safety
plugs on all the outlets, bumper for the coffee table, safety
corners
on the dining room table, baby gate for the stairs, baby monitor &
pack-n-play all for you to use.
We also have a Little Tikes wagon in the garage for you to use.
All the appliances are new and upgraded stainless steel. There is a
12 cup coffee maker, microwave, trash compactor, blender,
dishwasher,vacuum and toaster for your use.
The house has 2 zone central air and heat. One thermostat in the living room and one in the master bedroom behind the door.
All the furniture in the house is new and clean. The house has two
queen beds, bunk beds,queen sofabed and a pack-n-play. Ceiling fans
in each bedroom, living room and patio deck. Stackable washer &
dryer in the laundry room with a ironing board and iron if needed.
There is a gas fireplace & wet bar with glassware in the living room
for your
comfort. Also, we have surround sound in the living room, patio and
the roof top deck. There are four TV's with cable in the house three
DVD players and three VHS players.
There is a private outside shower for when you return from the
beach.
We have two seasonal beach tags that you may use.
There is off street parking in front of the house and one car
parking
in the driveway, behind the garage.

You are moments aways from alot of activities. Two blocks away on
Bay
Ave, you can rental boats, jet skiing or crabbing equiptment. The
beach is 5 blocks away. At the end of 5th street is a parking lot
at
the beach. The Wonderland Amusement Pier at 6th street begins the
boardwalk. We are one block away from 6th & Asbury, where you can go
shopping at all the quaint shops and eateries. If you like to surf,
we are only minutes aways from the surfing beach on 7th Street. We
are in walking distances to the Gillian's Waterpark too.

Initial Deposit - 1/2 of the cost of the rental to hold the week
plus
the security deposit. The final payment due three weeks prior to
