The fully restored bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
original hardwood floors and 2 fireplaces. Enjoy a home cooked
breakfast in the vintage 1950's diner or read a paper with coffee in
the front sunroom.

Upstairs, shaded by the branches of a 100 year old oak tree, is the
private Master bedroom with Queen "Sleep Number® Bed" and Shower
bathroom. There is also a large walk in closet on the second floor.
There are TV's in 2 bedrooms and another large 35" TV with VCR and
DVD in the Family room. The Bungalow is bright with many windows but
also has new privacy blinds on every window in the house. Downtown
Dunedin is just minutes away within walking distance. Enjoy a warm
breeze with a good book on the relaxing front porch or in the well
shaded back yard with privacy fence.
