Located in the historic district of downtown Dunedin Florida.  
Dunedin's bungalow house is a jewel to those who have visited. Since  
1926 the charm and character of this old house has made it a Dunedin  
icon. Take a step back in time through the doors of this authentic  
1926 two story bungalow. 
 
The fully restored bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,  
original hardwood floors and 2 fireplaces. Enjoy a home cooked  
breakfast in the vintage 1950's diner or read a paper with coffee in  
the front sunroom. 
 
Upstairs, shaded by the branches of a 100 year old oak tree, is the  
private Master bedroom with Queen "Sleep Number® Bed" and Shower  
bathroom. There is also a large walk in closet on the second floor.  
There are TV's in 2 bedrooms and another large 35" TV with VCR and  
DVD in the Family room. The Bungalow is bright with many windows but  
also has new privacy blinds on every window in the house. Downtown  
Dunedin is just minutes away within walking distance. Enjoy a warm  
breeze with a good book on the relaxing front porch or in the well  
shaded back yard with privacy fence. 
 
The perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of corporate life,  
this charming 3 bedroom 2 bath fully restored bungalow is nestled 1  
block (5 minute walk) from Downtown Dunedin, one of the nations most  
walkable towns.

A 5 minute walk down the original red brick road brings you to  
downtown Main Street Dunedin, rated as one of the most walkable  
communities in the U.S. and voted Best restaurant row in Pinellas  
County by the St. Petersburg Times.   
 
Start on the water for uptown snacks on the outdoor deck at Bon  
Appetit. Move inland to the intimate Black Pearl, fun-loving Kelly's  
for Just About Anything and the Chick-A-Boom Room, Olivia's for  
pasta, Deidre's for artisan chocolate and Casa Tina for vegetarian  
Mexican. Not to mention a rack of ribs from Eli's or a bottle of  
Redhead Ale from Skips. 
 
This 5 square block area is alive with many acclaimed restaurants
