Private home lakeside with dock on Horseshoe Bend in Lake of the Ozarks

Welcome to our home on Horseshoe Bend. We enjoy the large kitchen
with all amenites and 1st floor master suite with private bath.
Large deck to enjoy the view and a screened in patio area.
Walk out level has 2nd suite with private bath and 2 more large
bedrooms and 3/4 bath to share. Large screen TV in the family room
and private covered patio.
There are laundry facilities, room to park at the door (don't need
to carry groceries down a hill) and a grill.
3 bedrooms have queen beds and 4th is a double. The hide-a bed is
also queen size.
Lower level family area has leather furniture (great for a short
snooze.
Boat ramp close by. Smooth water area great for swimming, too.
Good dining close by! All kinds of shopping.
Catch fish right off the dock.
NO Smoking.

2 TVs both with surround sound, Stereo, DVD player. Bar area.
Private dock has a slip for visitors. Fishing off the covered dock
is good. PWC ramp. Refrigerator on the dock. Fish cleaning sink on
dock. Dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen. Microwave. Linens
provided. Clock radio/alarm. Washer/Dryer Air conditioner Coffee
maker, range, icemaker, blender everything you need. Just bring
your toothbrush and swimming suit!! Relax!

Swim, boat, fish, ski, shop (large outlet mall has everything). A
variety of dining is close.
Live entertainment, movies, family amusements, golf, day spas and
boat rentals within 15 minute drive.

Sept 15th - May 25th $250/night 2 night minimum
May 26th - July 1st $300/night 2 night minimum
July 1st - Sept 14th $325/night 2night minimum
$90 cleaning fee
Security deposit of $300 and one half rental fee due at time of
reservation.
Deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure provided the house
is left in satisfactory condition.
