Our vacation home is located in the private, quiet, community
of "Sunset Captiva" across from the pool and near the beach
boardwalk. We are on a five home cul de sac, near the beach
boardwalk. The community is centrally located on more than 6 miles
of spectacular beach on the Gulf Of Mexico.

Enjoy the pool, dock, two tennis courts, and recreation area
complete with gas grills and picnic tables. From our home, you are
close to the boardwalk to the beach, the marina, and to finest in
dining, shopping, and recreation.

This is a place that is great to walk and explore. Ding Darling
preserve is nearby on Sanibel. Upstairs, the home has a queen size
bed with a private bath and deck with two lounge chairs. There is
also a loft with two twins and half bath. On the main level the
master bedroom has a king-size bed, bath, and dressing area; There
is a study with a chaise lounge for reading and a desk. The screened
porch overlooks the pool and tennis areas, has a table with four
chairs, bar with 4 stools and two more chairs for relaxing.

There is an outdoor shower, a washer, dryer and wireless internet
service. Tiled floor for main level: living / dining room, bar area,
kitchen, laundry.

The home is completely furnished. Sorry, no smoking and
no pets are permitted.

Bring your tooth brush.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen plus washer/dryer. Newer
kitchen appliances: refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave
oven, stove, two drawer dishwasher. Kitchen refreshed 2010 with solid surface counters and new doors. Central air conditioning,
ceiling fans, fireplace, wireless internet service, telephone
answering machine, two color TV’s with cable service, VCR, two DVD
players, ironing board & steam iron, disposal, coffee maker,
blender, linens and towels and much more.

Long distance calls within the US are included.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, games, books, are
provided free to our guests. Cribs, bikes, scooters, etc., may be
rented from local dealers only a short walk from our home.

Boats may be rented or chartered at the marina just across the road
from Sunset Captiva – on the Intra-coastal waterway
