Estste Office.

Also within walking distance is Post Office, Chapel, Fitness Complex 
with Spa services available, tennis courts, lake beach, large pool, 
and indoor heated pool. Play field and kiddie playground.

Off Season:  December 1-March 31 - $450/week   3 NIGHT MINIMUM at
$80/night($240) except holidays

Holidays: Prime Season Rates and one week minimum stay required for 
Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, and Labor Day

Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, pet fee.
Cleaning Fee:  $90   Pet Fee:  $50/pet (max 2 small dogs only - no cats)

CANCELLATION/REFUND ALLOWED ONLY IF 30 DAYS PRIOR TO 1st DAY OF RENTAL
