access just across the street. It is located in the Village on 
Captiva.  The home is directly across the street from the Chapel by 
the Sea and the Captiva Library, and is within easy walking distance 
of many shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. Casa Shandria 
has a heated pool and a patio out back for relaxing, plus full indoor

Activities and Attractions

Casa Shandria sits on Gore Lane, a quiet street in the Village on 
Captiva.  It is within easy walking distance of several local 
attractions, including the Captiva Library and Chapel by the Sea, as 
well as many great shops..  Restaurants such as Mucky Duck, The Bubble 
Room, and The Key Lime Bistro are all within walking distance.  The 
ocean is less than a 40-meter walk from the house, just across the 
street and down a little path.  There is also a golf course nearby, 
only a few minutes away by car.
