Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is a light bright attractive second floor apartment with a  
nice lake view from LR, MB and balcony. The total space inside is 980  
sq. feet. There is a comfortable nice size living- dining area. The  
master BR is large, with queen size bed and private bath.  The second  
bedroom has twin beds and full bath. The balcony is under cover for  
enjoying tropical breezes and lovely view or al fresco dining.  
Kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment, appliances and  
tableware. There is a washer-dryer in unit

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our guests enjoy the use of all recreational facilities including 16  
Tennis Courts,large heated Swimming Pool Jacuzzi, Poolside Cafe,  
Saunas and Walking Trails. There are vaious social events during the  
entire year. We are in the heart of Naples, the Jewel on the West  
Coast of Florida with pristine Beaches, upscale Shopping and a host  
of wonderful Restaurants and Golf Courses.

Vacation Rental Rates

05/01/06-11/30/06 Special rate by owner $90 per night or $560 per  
week  Std rate  $125 Night $735 week  
 
12/01-06-1/31/07  Special rate by owner $130 per night or $840 per  
week  Std rate $180 per night or $1,100 per week 
03/01-04/01/07  Special rate by owner $150 per night or $1050 per  
week Std rate  $195 per night or $$1175 per week 
There will be a discount for monthly rentals 
All rentals ar subject to 9% Florida room tax.  There is a $100  
transfer fee for club membership per vacation
