After driving up gradual hills and seeing bucolic views of the
mountains and the pastures with cows grazing, you will pass by Black
Mountain and you are almost at our chalet. This private home, located
in the idyllic town of Jackson is on a dead end short street that is
very quiet and looks over the presidential range.
The best skiing mountains are within minutes: Black Mountain,
Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore and Mount Washington. Jackson is known
nationally for cross country skiing.

This house boasts a spectacular view of the mountains including Mt.
Washington in the prettiest town in NH.

The entire house has been completely updated and redone. New
wallboard, complete new kitchen, new carpet (where there isn’t wood
flooring), new porch, new furnace, new glass sliding doors, air
conditioning, asphalt driveway, two full baths. Kitchen has new
appliances,plus garbage disposal, and ice maker. Downstairs family
room has new pull-out daybed and trundle with high end mattresses.
Main living area and master bedroom are upstairs. This is a clean house.

Storyland, the answer to every child’s dream , is within 3 miles, and
Black Mountain is 1/4 mile for great skiiing or hiking.

Drive -- up the auto road to the top of Mt. Washington and see for 50
miles. Take the kids on the famous North Conway railroad.

Shop -- till you drop at the many outlets in N. Conway and eat at the
great variety of restaurants.

Have a delicious Sunday Brunch buffet at Jackson’s historic Eagle
Mountain House. Take the dog and kids for a dip at Jackson Falls or
fishing - at the well stocked pond in Jackson’s center or the local
lakes.

Try the -- water park -- at Attitash; drive to Six Gun City, or
Santa’s Village.
Relax -- and enjoy the awesome view of Mt. Washington while
relaxing on the porch of the historic and beautiful Mt. Washington
Hotel only 30 minutes away in Bretton Woods.

Drive --- along the Kangamangus and stop for a dip and picnic. Swim
minutes away at a local inn’s indoor and outdoor pools for $6 ?? per
person.
Enjoy -- live theater, movies, and indoor ice skating nearby.

In winter, an evening sleigh ride at the Nestlenook is magical. Make
memories for the children.
