Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is located in the intracoastal waterway, within a few 
blocks of the beach. Should you walk westward instead of toward the 
beach, you can access great restaurants, shops, and even an Irish 
bar. Everything you could need is within a quick drive- particularly 
an area called Mizner Park, which features outdoor concerts, 
additional restaurants etc. The immediate vicinity is residential, 
and aside from an adjacent condo unit, the entire neighborhood is 
filled with exclusive water-front luxury housing. There are bike 
paths everywhere, and the area is extremely safe. While the unit 
does have central air conditioning, it is possible to open the 
sliding glass doors on both ends of the unit, which offers a great 
breeze. 
 
The condo building offers an outdoor, public seating area furnished 
with sturdy tables and chairs. There also is a laundry room. The 
unit offers outdoor seating off the living room, which faces the 
waterway, and off the bedroom, which faces a nicely treed area. The 
living room has a convertible leather couch and a fifty-inch high 
definition television. Both a VCR and DVD player are provided. The 
kitchen contains all of the basic necessities to cook your meals, 
including a brand-new stove. Organization is helped along with both 
a stocked pot-rack and a wall-mounted wine glass/ bottle holder. 
There is a portable dishwasher to make life a bit easier. A simple 
dinette set is provided, and it will accommodate four easily. The 
bath has a combination shower/ tub, and additional storage is 
provided by a unit over the commode. The bedroom is furnished with a 
queen sized bed with bookcase headboard, night stand, and chest of 
drawers. The bed is dressed with a feather mattress, organic bamboo 
sheets, and lovely green linens. There is a full closet available 
for clothing storage in the bedroom, as well as additional closet 
space off both the kitchen and living areas. While the unit is cozy, 
measuring approximately 550 square feet, it is much larger than any 
suites available in the area. Should you find that the unit meets

Activities and Attractions

Visit Gumbo Limbo nature preserve, Red Reef 
Park and Golf Course--Snorkel right off the beach and/ or golf right 
next to the Ocean! All attractions are less than 5mn driving or 15-
20mn walk!!!  

Orlando and all its theme parks are 3 hours away!  Ft Lauderdale/ 
Palm Beach are only a 25mn drive and Miami Beach is a 50mn drive!

In Season  (Nov-April)..  $750/week .. $2800/month +tax
