Redecorated and fully furnished 2/3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home in the gated Village of Alhambra. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. A den/study contains a daybed that can be configured as a king size or two twin beds. In addition, the living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa altogether providing comfortable sleeping for 8 persons.

The home is provided with both Wired and Wireless High Speed Internet Access. The media center contains a new large flat screen TV with 70+ cable channels, VCR, DVD player and AM/FM receiver/amplifier with speakers. A flat screen TV and DVD player are in the den. Another flat panel TV is in the Master Bedroom.

The spacious, vaulted ceiling great room features a sofa, loveseat and a swivel rocker. The dining area provides comfortable seating for 6. The living area, dining area and den have new wood flooring and the bedrooms have been newly carpeted. The kitchen and bathrooms have new tile flooring.  There are ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. The large screened lanai is accessible via sliding doors from the great room or the master bedroom and is furnished with outdoor patio furniture. Hedges and shrubs surround the back garden which provide increased privacy.

All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped so all you need to bring are your clothes and swim suits.

A full size washer and dryer are provided.

Our only restrictions are No Smoking and No Pets.

The Villages is a premier, adult (55+) community often referred to as "A Disney World for Adults" and "Florida's Friendliest Hometown".

Your Renter's pass will allow you access to 26 heated swimming pools, 18 executive golf courses, 5 country clubs and 18 recreational centers. There are also 7 championship golf courses available at very reasonable resident rates.

Your home is just minutes by golf cart from the Savannah Regional Recreation Center, The El Santiago Recreation Center and the El Santiago Golf Course.

Entertainment is provided every night at both Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. Don't miss the 2-for-1 Happy Hour from 5-7pm every night. Your pass also allows you admittance to the private, resident-only Katie Belle's Night Club for excellent dining and nightly entertainment.

The Villages also includes a 32-lane bowling center and multi-screen theatre in each of the two town centers, softball fields, polo fields, restaurants, churches, shopping centers, local radio and TV station and a daily newspaper.

Other amenities available to you include: Fishing, Shuffleboard, Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Horseshoe, Basketball and Billiards.

Your home in The Villages is within easy driving distance of many of Florida's other premier attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and both Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches.

Rates include all utilities, high-speed Internet access, cable TV, lawn service and local telephone service. Taxes are not included. Long distance calls require a credit card.

One week minimum rental May through December.

A $50 fee payable to the Villages is required for Renter's passes and provides access to all of the recreational activities available to a Villages resident (see description under Amenities).

A Security deposit of $500 is required for all rentals. The full amount less a $85 cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days after checkout provided the post-checkout inspection is acceptable.
