of Manasota Key! This adorable 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment has 
recently been updated with a new kitchen and the tasteful décor will 
remind you of that tropical “Tommy Bahamas” theme that you have been 
dreaming about! You will have Beach Access to the Gulf of Mexico by 
strolling across the street and south 300 FT. Of course, relaxing in 
the screened in Lanai with a good book is also recommended.
There is also a waterfront home with Pool & Dock (2 Bedroom 2 bath) 
that is available for rent on the same property should the size of 
you family require more space.
You are also only minutes from shopping, grocery stores and hospitals.

May Through December	$2000/$550 weekly
January & April		$2500/$750 weekly
February & March	         $2800/$850 weekly
 Discounts available for more than one months booking
 Non refundable cleaning fee of $60
 Security deposit of $400 is due upon making your Reservation
 Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to 
arrival
 Total Payment is due 30 days before check-in
 Smoking on Patio only
 All rates are subject to change without notice until receipt of 
confirmation
