luxury and convenience of Long Beach Resort. The condominium's elegant design is appointed in 
relaxing colors and luxuirous fabrics. It will delight your senses as it provides a quiet retreat 
while being in the midst of all the action. This unit has immediate access to the tropical lagoon 
pool and great views of the beach. This first floor unit's elevated balcony is excellent for 
alfresco style breakfast or late night star gazing and yet it also provides privacy.

Your senses are delighted by quality furnishings as soon as you step into the foyer. The kitchen has 
been stocked well and provides everything needed to prepare culinary delights small or large.
Blend your favorite frozen beverages, broil a great steak and shrimp entre or whip up a soufle. You 
can do it all in this kitchen. The breakfast bar comfortably accomodates three.
The living room is done in a contemporary, gracious design. The owners have combined the best of
beauty and comfort. There is a ceiling fan, queen-size sleeper sofa, remote control television, 
dvd/vcr combination and balcony access.  
The king-size master suite is furnished to ensure comfort. There is more than adequate storage space 
for short or long term guests. The suite has quality furnishings, hotel quality linens, step out 
patio/balcony access, television.
The bathroom is functional and private. There is a large vanity area with a private shower and tub.
The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Long Beach Resort is a gated community and has courtesy officers available around the clock.
