outside of the door, about a one minute walk in the grass to the

Upstairs is the kitchen, living room and dining room that all have
fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Also, upstairs is a bedroom
and bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa tub. Cozy up to the wood burning
fireplace or watch the sunset on this huge wrap around deck, both
covered and uncovered. This deck has no stairs to climb, its a ramp!
Downstairs is another bedroom and bathroom. This home is located on
Bolivar Peninsula in a quiet area of Gilchrist Texas. Their are only
four houses on this block to ensure you only hear the waves
crashing, not your neighbors! You can drive through Galveston, take
the free ferry then it's a quick 15 minute ride. Or,drive from
Houston through Winnie to Hwy 87 and we are the first stop on the
Peninsula.

directly infront of this home. People rent both houses to have a
family reunion or just allot of friends all in one area, check the

smoking on the property other than the deck the security deposit
will not be refunded. Any additional overnight guests not stated at
the time of reservation will incur an additional charge. No Prom Or

need satellite as cable doesn't come in well at all!

carts, bait shops, boat charters, horseback riding, great shelling
and more. The home is close to Rollover Pass-famous for it fishing!
We are across the street from the bay if you are lucky enough to
have a boat to drop in! Also close by is a preserved wetland so bird
watchers, you are in for a surprise! Bolivar celebrates Mardi Gras,
Crab Festival (Mothers Day weekend), 4th of July and New Years Eve
Fire Works. Then Galveston has attractions like Moody Gardens, The
Strand and Schlitterbon a hugh water park!!! Enjoy, let our town be
