Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 2nd floor unit with central air conditioning located just  
one block from one of Ocean City's most beautiful beaches. This unit  
is only five years old.   
 
It is located on the south end of the island which is quieter than  
the center of town.   There is also a trolley that runs every half  
hour to take you into town and the boardwalk so you don't have to  
worry about parking!   
 
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open.  The living  
room also has a queen size sofa bed for additional guests. There is a  
large television, DVD and VCR in the living room.  The kitchen is  
well equipped with an island for additional seating and counter  
space.  The deck is very private even when neighboring houses have  
guests.    
 
The master suite has a queen bed, closet, color television and full  
bathroom.  There are two additional bedrooms (one with a queen size  
bed and the other with twin beds).   There is a separate laundry  
closet with full size washer and dryer and a full size garage.

Activities and Attractions

Besides the beautiful Ocean City beaches, there is also the boardwalk  
which is great for family fun.  Enjoy the shopping, rides, miniature  
golf and food all in a family oriented atmosphere.   There are  
also parks and playgrounds in town for the children.  So there is  
something for the entire family!   
 
If you enjoy water sports, there is jet skiing, water-skiing,  
waterslides, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, rafting and  
boating.   There is also hiking, biking, surrey riding, tennis,  
basketball, parks for the kids, wildlife viewing, fishing and  
crabbing. 
  
You can drive to neighboring shore resorts like Atlantic City  
for gambling or to see a show.  There is also historic Cape May where  
you can see the beautiful Victorian houses and go shopping.  Wildwood  
provides a boardwalk with additional rides for the family. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Families only please - no groups! 
 
Rental period is from 2:00 PM Saturday to 10:00AM the following  
Saturday. 
 
A $250 security deposit is required.  Discounts can also be provided  
if you rent multiple weeks.
