Vacation Rental Description

Custom 4 year old furnished 2 bed 2 bath(1 jacuzzi tub)wood floors,  
vaulted ceilings.  Private drive, private 1 acre on  the San  
marcos River.  Located in city of Martindale.  Martindale is located  
5 miles east of San Marcos Texas.  San Marcos is 30 miles south of  
Austin, and 40 miles north of San Antonio. 
San Marcos river is a spring fed clean river great for tubing,  
fishing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. 
Please no smoking inside- smoking out on deck o.k.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen: Stove, microwave, pots, pans, silver ware, dishes,  
Refrigerator w/ice maker and filtered water,condiments,coffee,some  
food and snacks, washer/dryer 
dishwasher,  
ceiling fans in every room.  Central air and heat.  32" Tv. Satallite 
dish,high speed internet, BBQ, small deck - outdoor furniture &  
canoe, and tubes for tubing the river. (some with pillows and  
bottoms) 
Linens,towels.  
2 Queen beds and 1 Queen futon couch bed (has springs and is  
comfortable) 
Optional treats:  
Therapeutic massage available on site with 24 hours notice 
Also- Professional musicians available on site with enough notice. 
(classical, blues/swing, rock, or name your genre) after all Austin  
is "The Music Capital of the World"

Vacation Rental Rates

135.per night- Oct. Nov. 
150.00 per night- May- Aug. and spring break in March 
125.00 per night- Dec.-Feb.  
Parties over 2 add $10. for each additional person 
 
 
750.per week (a week is 7 nights) No weekly rates for Spring break 
(march ) and summer(May - aug) Only nightly rates avail. 
1/2 deposit need to be received 4 -8 weeks prior to arrival if  
possible 
Please clean up & leave place as it was found. We will wash  
linens,towels and make beds. 
Reservations must be made 4 weeks in advance  unless  
availability is sooner.
