Vacation Rental Description

Blind Pass condominiums are located in a quiet, non-commercialized area of beautiful  
Sanibel Island, Florida on expansive Bowman’s Beach.  Walk into our ground level  
condominium from your covered parking space.  Enjoy the lush tropical foliage and palm  
trees right outside the windows which overlook a wide expanse of native preserve.  Our  
condo features two large bedrooms each with a full bath and walk-in closets.  A fully  
equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, plus a large tiled living room/dining room, full-sized  
laundry and screened porch await you.  The condo has recently been renovated and  
decorated in a delightful island theme.  Master bedroom has a private bath and a king bed.   
Second bedroom has a queen bed and a bath with a walk-in shower.  A queen sofa sleeper is  
available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Blind Pass condominiums feature an exceptionally large heated pool, gas grills, two well-kept  
tennis courts, and canoes and kayaks (free use). Our condo is equipped with beach chairs,  
beach umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, DVDs, books, games, fishing and snorkeling equipment,  
full linen service, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 3 TVs, 2  
VCRs, a DVD player, stereo system with a multi-disc CD changer, and high quality speakers.  
Wireless internet access and a computer are available in the clubhouse.  No pets are allowed  
at Blind Pass.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy a short walk over a footbridge that offers engaging views of wildlife to the privacy of  
Bowman’s Beach with its pristine white sand and Sanibel’s famous shelling.  Relaxing on the  
beach, building sand castles, and watching the beautiful sunsets are all popular activities.   
Golfing, fishing, boating and biking are all readily available.  Unique shops, art and shell  
museums, local theatre, and award winning restaurants abound on the island.  Nature  
classes, adventure cruises, fishing guides and shelling trips are available on the island.   
Nearby nationally renowned Ding Darling Wildlife Sanctuary offers spectacular birding and  
wildlife exploration.

4/7/07-12/21/07 $845/week + 9% FL tax 
   (Thanksgiving week 11/17/07-11/23/07 is $950+ 9% FL tax) 
 
12/22/07 - 1/04/08  $1,740/week  + 9% FL tax   
 
1/05/08 - 2/01/08 $1,135/week+ 9% FL tax 
 
2/01/08 - 4/11/08  $1,740/week+ 9% FL tax 
 
4/12/08 - 12/19/08  $845/week+ 9% FL tax 
   (Thanksgiving week 11/22/08 - 1/28/08 is $950+ 9% FL tax) 
 
Weekly rental run Saturday to Saturday 
Required deposit of $300 (or 20% of rental rate) to Blind Pass Condo Association 
Deposit can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) 
Final payment must be made by check to Blind Pass 30 days prior to arrival
