Quiet camp in the woods, on southern end of Long Pond. Something to
do in all seasons. Private dock and use of canoe are included.
The snow mobile trail goes through a section of our property.
Great sledding for kids right down driveway and beyond!
This is the quiet get-away you have been looking for.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms (each has a full size bed), a full
bath, kitchen/living area, and small sunroom. On the second floor
are 2 more large bedrooms, one with 2 double beds and one with a
double bed and 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower
stall. There is also a wrap around porch.

Gas stove Refrigerator w/ice maker Microwave
Washer and Dryer in basement Charocoal grill and gas grill
TV with DVD/video player (reception is poor, bring movies!)
Table and chairs on porch Outside fireplace-cook with wood or
charcoal Telephone has local service only - bring phone cards
for long distance calls (cell phones may not work well in area)
Canoe with 2 life jackets and paddles
You may want to bring (or rent) a power boat to have at dock for
your vacation.
Blankets & pillows provided - bring sheets, towels, and kitchen towels.

Hiking and mountain bikes.  Check out the Kennebec Highlands trails!

Golf course about 10 minutes away, close to village of Belgrade. 
There are several excellent restaurants in area.
Augusta is 20 minutes away and Waterville is 30 minutes. Live theatre & movie theatres, shops and more restaurants.

Winter fun includes sledding on our hill, snowmobile trail runs along the stream on property-and connects to many trails.

Seasonal activities -Pick your own strawberries and apples close by.
Freeport shopping (LL Bean and outlet stores) are an hour away.

$800.00 per week (+ 7% sales tax) - available year round.

$150.00 per night - minimum of 2 nights
