& family. There is a pool table, a Ms. Packman Game,  big screen 
TV's with satalite. Home is fully appointed. Just bring your 
toothbrush. All linens, cookware & utensils are included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property is located 1 block from the Lantana Boat Ramp & 
Centenial park, 
There is a small marina with a Drift Fishing & Charter boat fleet 
there as well. The Boynton inlet to the ocean is 10 minutes to the 
south. 
Downtown Lake Worth offers great dining & shopping as does Downtown 
Delray Beach, both just 15- 20 minutes away. 
There is also a great shopping center within walking distance 
featuring several fantastic restaurants, a gourmet grocery, a play 
house thearter, and much much more 

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal Rates are from December Thru April and are $7500.00 per 
month. Discounts are available for any two or more consecutive 
months.
Off season rates are from May thru November and are 5000.00 per 
month. Discounts are available for 4 or more consecutive months. 
Electric, cable & water are not included & will be deducted from the 
security deposit upon termination of lease.
