12/17 - 1/2. (3 night minimum 12/17 - 12/25, 3-5 night minimum 12/26 on, Cancellation date 11/15)
Save $50/night when you arrive on Friday, 12/17. Departures not allowed on 1/1.

Martin Luther King Holiday: $299.00 nightly

President's Weekend: $329.00 nightly
2/17 - 2/21 (3 night minimum, Sat and Sun arrivals not allowed, Cancellation date 1/15)

Winter Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy (11/1 - 4/30)
1) 50% payment due upon booking if you book prior to the cancellation date. 100% payment is due upon booking if you book on or after the cancellation date. 
2) Refunds are given for reservations cancelled between the booking date and cancellation date only. Reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation date will be refunded all payment amounts less 5% of the reservation total. 
3) Changes to reservations can be made anytime from the booking date until the cancellation date with no fee at all. Guests are free to change both the unit and the dates of the booking until the cancellation date. The previous deposit amount will be applied in full to the new reservation.
4) The balance is due in full on the cancellation date. Reservations are 100% non-refundable after cancellation date.
