Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy 

1) 100% payment due upon booking
2) Cancellations allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival date and time. Refunds are given for reservations cancelled between the booking date and cancellation date only. Reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation date will be refunded all payment amounts less 5% of the reservation total. 
3) Changes to reservations can be made anytime from the booking date until the cancellation date with no fee at all. Guests are free to change the dates of the booking until the cancellation date. The previous deposit amount will be applied in full to the new reservation.
