This home have no neighbor directly in front and directly behind the property.  The home is a few blocks to the South Lake Tahoe Golf Course which becomes snowmobilling park in winter.  Walk to the weekly flea market on weekends during the summer.  Right next to the flea market are walking trails, hiking trails, biking trails and river.

Rates is based on the occupancy of fourteen (14) persons.
Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates. Minimum stays
vary, please inquire. Please charge all long distance calls to a
credit card or call collect. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out
time is 10:00 am. If the house is not booked directly before or
directly after your stay, the check-in and check out times are
sometimes flexible. Please call for details.

How to make a reservation:

1. Check the availability calendar or email Consuelo
2. Call or email Consuelo to confirm your dates and rates
3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation and
policies
4. Mail your $1000 reservation/damage deposit along with signed
Policies and Confirmation of Reservation forms to guarantee your
dates.
5. Please make your check payable to Consuelo Lumanta in the form of
traveler's check, bank money orders, cashiers check or personal
checks.
6. First payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before
your arrival. The balance of rent plus 10% lodging tax and 350
cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to your stay. Please do not
deduct your reservation/damage deposit.
