We returned, yesterday, from having spent a week at that fabulous home. It is absolutely beautiful! It is so large, that all of us (9 adults, 1 teen) were able to "do our own thing" whenever we wanted to, and then come back together for food, laughter, swimming, etc. What a plus to have an indoor pool! While this was not the plan, we only left the house to get more groceries, and to take a boat tour of the lake on our last day. Other than that, we did not leave! The owners are wonderful also. Consuelo called to make sure we were in and that all was well. When there was a small issue with the local cable company, she took care of it immediately. This was a combination of friends and family. The house provided the most delightful place to rest, laugh and remember what it's like to be at peace. We cannot wait to return!

We were here a few weekends ago and just had a blast. We felt like the owner really thought out all of our needs from the kitchen being well stocked for our cooking needs to the inflatable toys for the indoor swimming pool. Those small touches to the home made our experience here an awesome one because we all felt that the slightest details in welcoming us to their home was highly considered! I'm already booking for next year with my family for my bday! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I've already told all of my other friends who want to have a lavish weekend in South Lake Tahoe!

This home have no neighbor directly in front and directly behind the property.  The home is a few blocks to the South Lake Tahoe Golf Course which becomes snowmobilling park in winter.  Walk to the weekly flea market on weekends during the summer.  Right next to the flea market are walking trails, hiking trails, biking trails and river.

 RESIDENCE DETAILS            

 Size:  Three level home with 4200 sq. ft plus two car garage, five bedrooms, four baths with spectacular views that creates drama.

Indoor heated swimming pool, air-conditioner for summer heat, firecplaces,  sauna/steam shower, hot tub, two refrigerators, two dishwashers and more!

      Our bedroom mattresses are top with memory foam and comfortable  sheets are used for your comfort..  Bathrobes and towels are provided for each bedroom.

      Each bathroom is complete with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.  Each bathroom is finished with natural stones throughout.

      Our master bedroom has a walk-in closet, TV, and a sliding glass door that leads to a large deck.  The master bath has a double sink vanity, jacuzzi tub and two-way fireplace between the room and spa area.

two full futon sofa bed, stereo, fully appointed wet bar, TV, billiard table, seating areas.

     The wet bar is complete with barwares for all  your entertaining needs.

     SWIMMING POOL ROOM: heated swimming pool, one bathroom, one shower with steam, sauna room, deck with hot tub

       There are four TVs; one in the great room, one in the master bedroom, one in the family room and one in the game room.  There are also a stereo system.

     There is a barbecue grill on the main floor deck and seating areas.  The table and chairs are kept in the garage during the snow season.

  For our sofa beds, extra linens and pillows are provided.  There is a high chair and portable crib. 

     For extended stays, there is a laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

            One the same floor as the game room is our swimming pool room.    There is a sliding glass door to  our swimming pool room from the game room. The Swimming pool room has sauna, steam with shower, heated swimming pool, extra towels are provided and the hot tub is right outside by the deck with a view of the forest.

Check-in and check-out time is stated in your reservation form.  Our normal check- in time is 4:00 pm and check- out time is 11: am or the time stated in your contract.  If the house is not booked directly before or directly after your stay, the check-in and check- out times are sometimes flexible.  Please add 10% tax on the rental rate plus $350 departure cleaning fee.  There is an additional refundable reservation/damage deposit.
