Vacation Rental Description

This deluxe six-bedroom two level house was built in 2003 and is 
3,800 sq ft. After staying in this house you will want to come back 
year after year. The house offers spectacular deer valley ski run 
and Jordanelle reservoir lake views.  The house is professionally 
decorated with all new furniture,artwork and has all high end finishes.  The 
house is conveniently located: seven minutes 
to the Gondola at Deer Valley, eight minutes to the base of Park City 
Resort/Main Street, 10 Minutes to lower-base of Deer Valley and forty minutes from Salt Lake City airport. 
The house is located 2 minutes off of the highway and there are no 
steep or cliffside roads to worry about during the winter months.

*Two Livings Rooms, each with their own custom stone lined gas 
fireplaces and Flat Screen Televisions. The upstairs fireplace is 
wood burning with a gas starter and the Downstairs fireplace works 
with the flick of a switch. 
*The upstairs living room has two leather sofas and a leather 
loveseat with an ottoman. The downstairs living room has two custom 
sofas. 
*Brand new outdoor Hot-Tub that seats 6-7 adults and is located 
under 
a covered patio
*High end Kitchen with stainless steel appliances,gas stove and 
oven,  granite countertops, custom cabinetry, center island with bar 
top seating for four and a kitchen table that sits 4 more people.
*Private dining room with a table that sits 8-10 comfortably 
*Downstairs Media room with surround sound, 45 inch televsion, DVD 
and VCR player and custom seating on 135 x 110 inch double chaise 
lounge couch.
*Downstairs billiard room with a pool table 
*Downstairs Bar, sink, ice maker,Wine Cooler, cofee maker 
*Two masterbedroom suites each with a King Size bed, walk-in closet, 
and great views. The upstairs masterbedroom has french doors that 
lead to a large 30 x 10 wood deck. The downstairs master bedroom has 
french doors that leads to a covered patio.
*One Masterbedroom bathroom with double sinks, oversized spa tub, 
and steam shower. The downstairs masterbedroom bathroom has two 
double sinks, jacuzi tub with jets, granite counters and slate floors
*There are three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs
*Two Guest Bedrooms with a queen size bed in each 
*One Guest Bedroom with with a twin over full size bunk bed.

North America by the readers of SKI magazine, and  hosted the 2002 
Olympic Winter Games slalom, aerials and moguls events. In their 
2005reader poll, Ski Magazine rated Park City Mountain Resort #5, 
including #3 in access, #6 in off-hill activities and #8 in après 
ski. Park City Mountain Resort has been consistently ranked in the 
top ten of the Ski Magazine readers poll for the last 17 years. The 
Canyons (located 15 minutes away) is the largest single ski and

Early Ski Season: Nov. 16 - December 14 $650/ night (min 4 nights) 
$4,550/wk

Pre-Christmas Week: Dec 15- December 21 $800/night (min 5 nights) 
$5,600/wk

Christmas & New Years Week: December 22- Jan 1 $1100/night(min 7 
nights)$7,700/wk 

High Season: Jan 2- April 4 $800-$1,000/night(min 4 nights) $5,600 - 
$7,000/wk

Off-Season & Summer: April 5- November 15 $550/night(min 4 nights) 
$3,850/wk 

Housekeeping charge of $200.

Policies:  Payment Options:  Travelers checks, cashier checks, or
money order.  Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out 
is 11:00 a.m.  No more than 14 people.  This is strictly enforced.  
Dishes should be placed in dishwasher when guests leave.  There are 
no refunds for late arrivals such as weather delays or early 
departures of any kind.  THIS IS A NON SMOKING & NO PETS HOUSE.  

PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits: 50% of the full package is due four days after booking.   
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.  An additional $500.00 
refundable damage deposit is required 60 Days prior to arrival and 
will be refunded 48 hours after departure if no damage has occured to 
the property inside or outside.  
Cancellation policy:  There are no refunds of any amounts that have 
been paid.
