One week minimum rental period.
Rates subject to 11% Florida tax.
Rates do not include a $40 non-refundable administrative fee or the $90 cleaning fee.
Above rates based on 1-4 people.
For over 4 people there is a $10/person/night charge plus tax.
A deposit of $225 (weekly rental) or $350 (monthly rental) is required to reserve the unit which includes the administrative fee. For in-season rentals (12/15 - 4/30), 25% of the rent balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
