Vacation Rental Description

Large, custom built log cabin located in the gated community of Brookside Forest on 1 1/2 acres. The  
cabin is beautifully decorated and has five bedrooms, three baths and lovely views of the mountains.   
The cabin entry brings you into the livingroom, dining area and kitchen, all with cathedral beam  
ceilings, hardwood oak floors and a beautiful stone fireplace with a 42" plasma television with a 5.1  
home theater system.  The five bedrooms consist of the Master with one King sleigh bed, the second  
and third bedrooms with Queen size beds. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a set of antique  
twins on the lower level.  Three baths with the Master bath containing a jacuzzi tub and separate  
shower. Two large decks facing west with two sunsets per night from the different deck elevations.  
The lower level has a billiard room, dart board and family room with another stone gas fireplace.   
2717 sq feet of living space.  Plenty of room for family reunions.  Charcoal grill on upper deck.   
Due to antique Persian rugs throughout, no pets.

Double hammock for those lazy evenings watching the sunset and  
listening for the deer crossing the stream behind the cabin. 
Two sunsets per evening from the two different deck elevations.

Vacation Rental Rates

1100.00 - 1500.00 + tax (according to season) per week  
Call for weekly Holiday rates. 
Daily rate $250 with a two night minimum. 
Monthly rates also available  
15% discount for Active/Reserve Military and LEOs. 
There is a one-time Cleaning Fee of $85 and a refundable Damage Deposit of $250.
