The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a set of antique twins on the lower level. The Master bath contains a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.  The lower level has an Irish Pub Bar for entertaining family and friends. Three large decks facing west with two sunsets per night from the different deck elevations. One elevation has a 6 person hot tub! The lower level has a billiard room, dart board, family room and Pub bar with a second stone gas fireplace. 2717 sq feet of living area. There is a one-time Cleaning Fee of $100.   A refundable Damage/security deposit of $250 due with rental application.
