Condo one block from Lake Michigan in Onekama

Wake up to the sunrise over Portage Lake and view amazing sunsets on
Lake Michigan! This is a lakefront condo situated on the Portage
Point peninsula and looks out over Portage Lake. Beautiful Lake
Michigan and amazing beach is only one block away. This stretch of
Lake Michigan beach is sandy (not rocky) and slopes out gradually
into the water - great for jumping waves. Bonfires are permitted on
the beach but please make sure you don't leave any garbage behind.

Condo has queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. TV with
cable/VCR, DVD, air conditioned, equipped kitchen, microwave, paper
products, deck, electric grill, gas fireplace, tub/shower, and
tastefully decorated. Laundry facilities are available nearby.
Linens and towels are included but please bring your own beach
towels.

Onekama offers dining options, shopping, and a public
launch/park/beach on Portage Lake. Several golf courses are 10-30
minutes from condo, excellent swimming in Lake Michigan and Portage
Lake, Little River Casino, canoeing, horse-back riding, drive-in
movie, and walking/hiking trails through Manistee National Forest.
Many specialty shops and dining in Frankfort and Manistee areas.
Riverwalk area in Manistee (only 15 minutes away) is a must see and
leads you down to Lake Michigan and lighthouse. Frankfort with its
public Lake Michigan beach and shopping/dining is only 30 minutes
north on M22 - one of the prettiest drives in Northern Michigan.
Sleeping Bear Dunes is approx. 45 minutes away, and Traverse City is
only one hour away.

Non peak rates- $110/night or $650/week
June 19- September 2, 2010 - $1,000/week (week only)
Deposit of 1/2 of total rate required to hold reservation. Full
payment or cancellation due 30 days prior to date reserved or
deposit will be forfeited. Check or money order
required for reservation.
Cleaning fees included in rate.
