Villa Sariel in Antigua

Villa Sariel is in a superb location with magnificent views over
Falmouth Harbour. It has a private pool and a large sundeck with a 7
seater jacuzzi, gazebo, and bar.
It is within walking distance of English & Falmouth harbours and all
the shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities such as sailing,
diving and other watersports, tennis, squash, horseriding etc. Golf
courses are a short drive away.
The villa features a contemporary living room and fully equipped
stainless steel open plan kitchen. Just off the living room is a
spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio
overlooking the pool and view. There is a bar billiards table in the
gazebo.
The gated entrance is to an enclosed private courtyard which has a
built-in barbecue hut and is surrounded by a variety of trees and
shrubs. The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one
side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck and
view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas. For your
entertainment, there is a stereo system, cable TV, VCR, DVD (all
world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of
cards/games. There is WiFi internet.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer,
drinks fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food
processor, and a comprehensive selection of utensils and appliances
as well as all cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an
attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan
kitchen.
The Villa has flexible accommodation and may be rented –
exclusively - with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6. Rates vary
accordingly.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, & ceiling fans: 5 have air-
conditioning. The Green Room is a 'garden' room with wrought iron walls and a double sofabed.   Rooms can be configured as doubles or up to 4
singles. The maximum number that can be accommodated is 18.
Maid service is included and there is a laundry room with washer and
dryer

Villa Sariel is in a quiet location within walking distance of
English and Falmouth Harbours where you will find shops, bars,
restaurants and nightlife as well as beautiful Caribbean beaches.
Nearby is the historic 'Nelsons Dockyard' with its collection of
beautifully restored 18th century buildings now converted to
restaurants, gift shops, boutiques etc. as well as many marine
trades.

In the harbour area you will find facilities for tennis, squash,
sailing, scuba-diving, fishing, horseriding etc. Golf course are a
short drive away.
