Vacation Rental Description

Ground-floor, oceanview air-conditioned condo.  Master bedroom has 
private garden lanai.  Watch sunsets next to the island of Molokai.  
1100 sq.ft. total with large living room and dining room.  Full 
kitchen with microwave oven, coffe maker, dishwasher, all utensils 
and large pantry; washer/dryer; linens and beach towels.  Carpeted 
bedroom and new tile throughout rest of condo.  Comfortable king-
size bed with queen-size sofa bed in living room.  DVD player with 
52-inch tv, cd player, internet access, tv in bedroom. Full bath 
includes sunken tub, wall safe, large closet.  Eat every meal on the 
lanai without getting wind-blown!  Use the herbs in the herb garden 
just steps from our door for home-cooked meals.

hiking/jogging.  Fantastic shops and restaurants within resort 
community.  New Adventure Center (opening December 21) offering zip 
lines, a 4-station climbing wall and challenge course.  New walking 
trails in the old Village Golf Course (check in at the Logo Shop)
will give you the chance to collect as many golf balls as you can 
find!  Hiking trails at the Maunalei Arboretum (pick up shuttle at 
the Kikui Room in the Kapalua Realty building) will show you what 
grows in the rain forest!

$220/nt January 6-December 14 (Regular Season) Plus 11.416% HI tax
$280/nt December 15-January 5 (Holiday Season) Plus 11.416% HI tax
4nt minimum Regular Season and guest pays $100.00 Cleaning Fee
