Villa has 12 rooms and is 2,630 square foot on three levels.  
Villa is fully furnished for 10 to 12 people. Five bedrooms with three full bath rooms.  
Formal dining room seats 12.  
Large upstairs living and dining room area with tall cathedral ceilings and gorgeous panoramic views. 
Two bedrooms upstairs, three bedrooms downstairs.  
Spaceous upstairs living room as well as a private downstairs family room with TV and DVD and video  
games so smaller groups can have different activities without disturbing each other. 
Two outside decks. Lower deck has private hot tub (for 2 to 6 people) with beautiful private  
gardens.  
Upper deck has gas BBQ and gorgeous panoramic ocean views.  
Five bedrooms (2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, 1 full size futon).

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates ranges from $500 to $750 per night. 
Friday and Saturday night = $750 per night.  
Sunday through Thursday night = $500 per night.  
Two night weekend minimum required for weekend occupancy ($1500 for two  
nights and three days) and three night minimum required for mid week rental ($1500 for three  
nights). 
4 nights = $2000 mid week or $2500 if weekend included. 
5 nights = $2750 or $3000 (one or two weekend nights determine price difference). 
6 nights = $3250 or $3500. 
7 nights = $3900.    
Discounts available for longer term rental and lower number of house guests (4 guests or less). 
Pay pal and most major credit cards accepted. Pay pal adds 3% to costs. Personal  
checks accepted and bank inter-exchange is also available at no charge.
