May - September $1050 month
October - November $1300 month
December - April $1600 month
One person must be 55 years or older to occupy.
Owner pays for HOA fees and all utilities. Tenant pays rent plus
$50 cleaning fee.
Deposit of $250 will secure your vaction home. Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is not
received 60 days before occupancy. First months rent due 30 days before occupancy. Balance is due
upon occupancy.
