Come and enjoy your home away from home in this Active Adult golf 
resort
community of Sunbird.  Centrally located to airport, shopping, movie
theaters, etc.

This home is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your 
residency:
Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1 1/2 car garage.  All
your linens, dishes and kitchen supplies/equipment, washer/dryer,
television are provided.  Just bring your golf clubs and turn the 
key!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Executive Golf Course, 4 Tennis courts, 2 Heated Swimming Pools, 
Club House, Fitness Center, Library, Restaurant, Activities Galore!

Activities and Attractions

Sit home and relax on your covered patio or join craft classes,
drawing and painting, stained glass, quilting. Join others for
dancing, hiking, games like bunko and mahjong.  Take a swim in one of
the 2 heated pools.  Enjoy a nice meal at the Sunbird restaurant.  
The

Vacation Rental Rates

Available:
May - September      $950 month
October - November   $1200 month
December - April     $1500 month

One person must be 55 years or older to occupy.
Owner pays for HOA fees and all utilities. Tenant pays rent plus 
$100 cleaning fee.

Refundable security deposit of $250 reserves your vacation home.  One
months rent due 30 days before occupancy. Balance is due upon 
occupancy.
