This beautiful luxurious Spanish style house named Albacore, has all the amenities on one-third of an acre right on Playa Hermosa,

Hermosa is a World famous Surfing beach for it's consistent and
excellent waves. Our smoke-free home is also a five-minute
drive or just two short miles south of Jaco, the country's most
popular beach town. We have an elevated deck with a 360% view
of the five mile beach to the west and jungle and mountains to
the east.
A newly completed full size pool shimmers before you as you
look out to the ocean. And what an ocean it is. Imagine a beach
as far as you can see with no crowds. In fact, you might walk for
two or three miles and not spy a soul.
While walking on the pristine charcoal sands, stop to see a line
of 30 pelicans skimming the waves. Dip in the 75-80 degree
water to feel refreshed by the nutrients from the volcanic sand. If
surfing or boogie boarding are your passions, you have found
your home.
Camp out on the deck to see and hear the amazing array of
tropical bird life that will most certainly soar by. Wait a little
longer
to view Sunsets that alone make the trip worthwhile.
All the luxuries are here for the best vacation you can ask for. The
over 200 restaurants in Jaco, the numerous night spots and
services will fill your every need. There are a large array of shops
that display the artistic warmth and beauty that is Costa Rica.
Besides all the luxuries we afford, we are fortunate to have a
wonderful Hospitality professional for your rental. She will meet
you for your check in and provide a customized welcome basket
including fruits, snacks, maps and brochures taylored to your
needs. Also available to you is a tour of nearby Hermosa and
Jaco so you can easily become acquainted with your immediate
surroundings. Our hospitality expert will be your contact
throughout the rental.

Our house is Handicap friendly with wide entrances and singular
levels. Part or Full time maid and cooking services are also
available. There's even fishermen who come everyday with
freshly caught fish such as shrimp and lobster tail at
unbelievable prices. We paid 10 dollars for seven lobster tails.
Costa Rica has more biodiversity both on land and in the sea
than any other country in the world. Despite this, our favorite
quality of Costa Rica are its people themselves. They truly
display their famous saying "Pura Vida" which means rich or
pure life.
If you come and stay at Albacore, you will take back a little bit of
Costa Rica with you. The attitude of "Pura Vida" which is the joy
of living.

We have spacious rooms with a King and twin beds including
two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. If you have a larger group, you can use the same style house additionally next door giving you double the accomodations. A broadband internet connection with wireless
access is included. We even have a free IP Phone with unlimited
calling to the US and Canada!
The large kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity. Washer,
Dryer, Disposal, Dishwasher, the works!
Your feet hug Brazilian tile throughout the house. All 1900 square
inches are Air-Conditioned. A safe is included for your added
security.

We are on one of the World class surfing Beaches in the world,
Playa Hermosa.
Manuel Antonio, one of the country's most popular National
Parks, is just a 45-minute drive South. World class deep sea
fishing is 15 minutes away at the stunning Los Suenos Marina.
Other local activities include zip lines through the jungle
canopies, bird and butterfly watching, kayaking, scuba diving,
snorkeling, white river rafting and especially deep sea fishing,
and the beautiful Pura Vida Gardens.

May - November $1,395.00 per week $250 per night (3 night minimum)
December - April $1,695.00 per week $300 per night (3 night minimum)
Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks are $2,300.00
