This luxurious resort vacation 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located
at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach (1 mile from beach)
and overlooks one of the resort's three signature golf courses (Dan
Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones). This condo is ideally suited for 2 couples or a couple that likes their space.  With a king in one bedroom and a queen in the other, it affords the space that adults like in today's busy world.  Our condo has all the
amenities of home (fully furnished kitchens, separate dining area,
large living room with large TV and VCR/DVD, washer and dryer, etc.)
and are great places for families, honeymooners, and vacationers
alike. The condo is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. 

Sunset Beach was voted Best Beach on the East Coast by Duke
University and is in the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand area. The Grand
Strand area hosts numerous live entertainment theaters featuring
shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice
skating and spectacular Western shows. The Myrtle Beach area has
already become known as the Branson of the South. The climate is
always pleasant. Temperatures range from an average low of 54 in
January, to a high of 82 in July.

Sunset Beach is easily accessible via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and
Interstate 40. Driving distances from select major cities are as
follows (in miles): Asheville, NC--6 hours; Atlanta, GA--6 hours; Chicago,
IL--942; Cincinnati, OH--620; Cleveland, OH--673; Detroit, MI--847;
Jacksonville, FL--336; Knoxville, TN--395; Louisville, KY--645;
Minn./St. Paul, MN--1433; Mobile, AL--697; Montreal, QB--998; New
York, NY--661; Pittsburgh, PA--607; St. Louis, MO--866; Toronto, ON--
868; Washington, DC--423. Under normal driving conditions, for
example, it takes four hours to drive from Charlotte, NC;
Greensboro, NC, four hours; Raleigh, NC, three hours; Washington,
DC, seven hours; New York, NY, 12 hours; and Pittsburgh, PA, 12
hours.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and checkout time is no
later than 11:00 AM.

* Reservations/Cancellation information - A $300 deposit or 30% of
the rental amount, whichever is more, is required to confirm your
reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-
3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival or payment in full is due at time of confirmation if less
than 30 days prior to your arrival.

* Personal checks, Visa and MasterCard, are accepted.

Books and movies (most units) are also onsite for your reading
and viewing pleasure. A number of cookbooks are available for those
evenings when you feel like preparing your own meal, and dining in.
Movies, books, etc., vary by unit.

A restaurant guide is available containing menus from numerous
local restaurants in Sunset Beach and Myrtle Beach. The
area has restaurants featuring the following cuisine: Thai, Indian,
Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and
Australian. Any palate can be satisfied. All major restaurant chains
are also available including Subway, Fuddruckers, McDonald's,
Hardee's, Outback Steakhouse, K&W Cafeteria, Jackaroo's, and Bob
Evans.

Stay minimums:  Saturday to Saturday 7 nights during the summer months and three night minimum all other times including holiday.  Pet and holiday rates may be more.

High speed secure WiFi, linens (bed, bath, kitchen), utilities, beach chairs and departure cleaning are included in the rates.
