Condominums. Screened balcony. 2nd floor unit,no elevator. 
2 blocks easy walk to Atlantic Ocean public beach. Watch the Shuttle 
lift off from the beach. Direct community access onto Banana River. 
Community concrete boatlaunch ramp, long ample pier provides for 
excellent fishing without need for a boat. Bring your fishing pole.   
Master bathroom and kitchen remodeled 2006. New kitchen appliances. 
All new furnishing 2004.
2 Color tv's with remote control, Basic cable included. Fully 
equipped kitchen. 
No pets, no smokers, please.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Public beach access is an easy 2 blocks walk to gently sloping beach.
Huge Community pool 8ft 6in deep.

Fishing pier with area to clean your catch with lights,electrical 
hookups,fresh water. Deep water Boat slips depending on availability 
with proof of insurance and registration of craft.

Recreation room, shuffleboard, putting green. 
Cook out grills on grounds. 
Lush tropical landscaping of grounds with shady oak trees.
Recreation room has billards table and poker table,and piano.

Coffee shoppe, liquor store, big name branded grocery store, and 
Organic health food store within biking distance. 

Activities and Attractions

Friendly neighbors gather daily on the pier at sunset to watch the 
sun sink into the Banana River. Everday is a spectacular show.

Weekly organized activities in recreation room. 
Gentleman's poker night. Bridge. Bingo.

Very sociable adult neighborhood. 

Cocoa Beach Pier within biking distance, watch for seasonal surfing 
contest and bikini contest.
Casino cruise boats at Port Canaveral close by for short cruise. 
Also multi-day cruises from Port Canaveral to Carribbean islands such 
as Bahamas, Key West, for a 3-4 day change of pace.
Tennis courts and raquet ball courts just down the street at Public 
Recreation Center.
NASA close by, experience a rocket launch as you watch from the beach.
Orlando is one hour drive to Disney World and Universal Studios.
Orlando International Airport is 45 minute drive.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan - April 2008 $1500 monthly

Rent includes electricity, basic cable, water/sewer, garbage pick up.

$500 deposit fully refunded after check-out inspection and inventory.
$90 clean up fee if you leave a mess.
$90 carpet cleaning if needed.

Accept cashiers check, money order, wire, cash. No personal checks.

Long term rental rates, 7-12 months negotiable. call owner to 
discuss terms and dates. 
State/county requires 11% short term rental taxes to be collected. 
This goes to the state, not to me.
No smoking, no pets.
