Indian River Plantation Resort in South Hutchinson Island

Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway,
our "home away from home" is the perfect location for a vacation--
winter or summer. Private terrace overlooks the lake and Holes 1 &
2 of the Oceans Club Golf Course. We pride ourselves on providing
you with all the extras that will make your vacation memorable.
Our condo has a large livingroom w/tv and dining area,newly
applianced kitchen, kingsize bed and tv in Master Bedroom, Queen
size bed in Guest Bedroom plus TV, 2 private baths w/tub/shower.
Utility room w/washer and dryer located inside condo. Elevator in
building. Parking for one car plus Guest Parking available.

Central Air Conditioning, Basic Cable, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator w/ice maker, fully equipped kitchen, dinnerware & glasses service for 8, Linens, Towels,Beach Towels, 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella,  Hair Dryer,  Television Sets, DVD Player, CD Player. Gas Grille poolside, 24/7 security provided by Indian River Plantation Resort.
The Marriott Hotel Tram runs throughout the resort every 15 minutes providing free open air transportation to our beach, Marriott Hotel and the golf course. Every amenity is located within a short walk of our condo.
Inlet Village has its own private pool for residents and guests. There is also outside bike storage but you must provide your own chain and lock.

Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Jet
skiing, Shelling.
There is much to do both on and off Hutchinson Island. We are only
40 minutes north of Palm Beach.
The towns of Stuart, Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce, Rio and Hobe Sound
are all very close and wonderful diversions when the sun is too hot
and you are too sun burned.

• In Season Rates: December 2011 through April 2012 $3600 per month plus 10.5% Florida and Martin Cty Sales & Bed Tax
• Off Season Rates: May 2009 through November 2010 $2500 per month plus 10.5% Florida and Martin Cty Sales & Bed Tax
• $125 exit cleaning fee collected at time of occupancy
• 25% deposit to reserve, no exceptions
• No local or long distance phone service
• $50 application fee not included.

Monthly rentals exclusively.  No nightly or weekly available
Rental includes an electric bill credit of $50 from owner to rental
guest. If electric bill is higher than $50.00 for the month, guest
will be responsible to pay the difference.
