unobstructed views of the Gulf. 
 
Enjoy the tranquility of this beachfront location while only being  
approx. 3-miles east of Seaside and the many amenities Scenic-30A  
has to offer, including the 18-mile bike/hike path, restaurants and  
shops galore and championship golf-courses. 
 
 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walton Dunes #14 offers covered parking and exceedingly convenient  
beach access with no stairs. This townhouse has been completely and  
exceptionally refurbished with upgrades throughout (winter 2007) and  
includes beautiful wood flooring, wainscoting, granite countertops,  
all new fixtures, furnishings, appliances and terrific artwork. 
 
Unobstructed views of the Gulf can be savored from both the restful  
living-area and the covered patio area.  TV/DVD, cable.  Sleeper  
sofa.  The well-appointed kitchen has granite counter-tops,  
stainless-steel appliances and is well-equipped.  A laundry closet  
with full-sized washer and dryer is situated off the upstairs  
hallway.  The dining table seats six and there is additional seating  
at the breakfast bar for two. 
 
The master bedroom has a king-bed, a TV, mirrored closet doors,  
private bathroom, and access to the upstairs balcony and another  
fabulous Gulf view.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and  
access to the hallway bathroom. 

Activities and Attractions

Scenic-30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18 miles  
between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east. This area is  
also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's  
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the  
Gulf of Mexico. 
 
Numerous top-ranking Golf courses. 
 
Extensive kid’s attractions and amusements can be found in nearby  
Panama City Beach and Destin. 
 
Wonderful shopping in unique beach communities scattered along 30A. 
 
A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside  
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue  
Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being off- 
road. A real fun activity for all the family. 
 
Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked  
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand- 
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach  
area, within an easy beach walk of Walton Dunes. 
 
Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature  
trails, picnic areas. 
 
Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou ..  
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped  
oaks. 
 
Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises,  
watersports can be found in nearby Destin.
