Harborwalk Cottage is Located just 2 short blocks up from the beach  
between Stearn's Wharf (Pier) and the Santa Barbara Harbor.Just a  
short stroll down to the beach or over to downtown State Street for  
shopping and world class dining are all just a walk away. Come park  
your car and leave your worries behind. Harborwalk Cottage has three  
rare and unique cottages that come with either a very large private  
deck or a large private yard. The cottages have been furnished to  
meet every requirement for a relaxing beach vacation. They come with  
beautiful linens, tv, vcr, dvd, stereo and books along with your own  
washer/dryer and barbecue. These and other amenities make these  
cottages a home away from home. PETS MAY BE CONSIDERED, No Smoking.  
 
The HYDRANGEA COTTAGE: 
 The cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The cottage has its own  
large and private 200 sq ft deck. The deck has a patio table and  
chairs for four, a trickling fountain, a barbecue for grilling and  
beautiful mountain views where you can soak in the Santa Barbara  
sunshine. A large sky window inside drenches the interior with sunlight 
and creates a great space to read or watch the palms sway in the wind.  
The kitchen is modern and bright with new cabinets and  
appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak  
hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate  
washer and dryer, a microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper  
sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Five people. The Hydrangea 
rate is $899-$999 per week or $2495 per month. 
 
The LILAC COTTAGE: 
 The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cottage has a very  
large and private south facing deck. The deck is over 200 sq ft and  
has a patio table and chairs for six, a large market umbrella, a  
chaise lounge for relaxing and a barbecue for grilling. The deck  
overlooks the property with a beautiful garden view of tropical  
palms, shade trees and lush green lawn. Sunlight soaks the inside of  
the cottage through the french doors that lead to the deck. The  
kitchen is modern and bright with new cabinets and  
appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak  
hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate  
washer and dryer, a microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper  
sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Six people. The Lilac Rate is 
$1199-$1499 per week or $2995 per month.  
 
The HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE: 
 The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cottage has a very  
rare private yard. The yard faces south so you get sunlight all day.  
The cottage also has a large deck that is over 200 sq ft in size. It  
has a patio table and chairs for six, a chaise lounge for relaxing  
and a barbecue for grilling. The yard has a beautiful garden of  
tropical palms, shade trees and a lush green lawn. The yard is great  
choice if you have active kids or a pet. The cottage is light and  
airy as sunlight soaks the inside of the cottage through french  
doors that lead to the deck and yard. The kitchen is modern and bright 
with new cabinets and appliances. The living room,  
dining room, and bedroom all have oak hardwood flooring throughout.
