Maple Haven - Familes Welcome in South Haven

Come idle away your days at our home in the sunny, charming lakeside
community of South Haven!

Maple Haven is a completely remodeled, delightfully furnished two-
story home just two short blocks from Lake Michigan, and one block
from Kids Corner. Kids Corner is a huge play area overlooking Lake
Michigan. If you have young children they will be totally
captivated by the large expansive and varied outdoor playground
equipment at Kids Corner. No need to worry about bored children in
South Haven! In addition to the beautiful, inviting sandy beaches
just a short walk away, there are also endless activities and
attractions all year long.

We take great pride in our home. Maple Haven is bright, airy and
squeaky clean! The home sleeps 7 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. A
porta-crib, booster seat and high chair are available by request. In
addition the home includes:

- Central Air
- Microwave, stove , basic cable tv, VCR.
- Fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, toaster,
dishes, pots/pans, side-by-side refrigerator,
- Eat in kitchen (seats 6); plus extra dining room table.
- Newer bedroom furniture, including:
- Master bedroom with newer queen-size mattress, dresser and
enormous closet
- Two more bedrooms with a queen size bed in one,
and newer double/single bed in the other.
- Full bath with large walk-in shower
- 2nd bath upstairs with jet action tub
- All sheets/blankets provided. Bring your own bath/beach
towels
- Kitchen towels provided.
- Washer & Dryer
- Large back yard, picnic table, kids picnic table, and deck
- Games, books, jigsaw puzzles, family-friendly videos
- Outdoor gas grill/patio table & chairs/beach toys
- Stuffed animals, dolls, play kitchen, trucks

South Haven specializes in fun! There are many festivals to choose
from, including the Harborfest over Fathers Day, The fantastic 4th
of July Fine Arts fair and fireworks, the garden walk and Festival
of Cars and, of course, the famous Blueberry Festival in August.

Here are a few of the things you can do in South Haven:

Rent bicycles - rent Jet Skis - book a Fishing/sailing Charter -
Stroll through the unique shops - visit the Michigan Maritime
Museum - Golf - both regular and Miniature Golf Courses - Roller
Blade Rental - enjoy Horseback Riding - have fun at the Beachside
skateboard Park - visit South Haven Center for the Arts - enjoy our
Movie Theater - sit on the beach - enjoy our "black squirrels" - or
go for a sunset sail on the "Friends Good Will"

Summer 2009 rates will be $1550. Reservations are from Saturday to
Saturday.
Check-in 3:00, check out 10:00 to ensure enough time to prepare for
the next guests.

Maximum occupancy - 7 adults/children


A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within 5 days of making a
reservation. At that point, we will send you a contract for
signature.
Final payment, including a $300 security deposit is due 30 days
prior to your arrival. All payments are due by money order or
cashiers check.

The security deposit will be refunded approximately 30 days after
the departure of the renter, provided there are no damages,
excessive cleaning charges, unreturned keys, or other policy
violations.
