Vacation Rental Description

                      Weekly Rentals Only.

       Please do not ask for exceptions or Special rates for any
reason to what is advertised.   The offering is exactly the way it is
written here.

    Check in and Check out is at 12 noon.

    Checks must clear & a lease is to be signed to prevent Fraud.


    A Beautiful Colonial House,  with 2 car driveway parking.  Quiet
deadend street.  2 Double size bedrooms,  13 feet x 23 feet.    2 Regular size Bedrooms. Total
4 Bedrooms.   2 bathrooms.

 Air Conditioning,  New Washing Machine & Dryer.

 Home Office with computer, monitor, scanner, & printer, for
printing your Photo's.

 Full kitchen with Phone / Fax,  Microwave, Dishwasher, dishes, Drip &
Perk coffee pots & coffee.

  A beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the house.

 King Size Oak Master Bedroom,  Tripple dresser vanity,  kneehole desk
& chair,  32" T.V. with cable, DVD & VHS players, speakers & amp.

 Second bedroom has Full size bed two single beds, a baby crib,
changing table desk, chest & t.v.

 Third room has a Full size bed tripple, dresser end table t.v & dvd
player.

 Forth bedroom has a Kingsize bed Walnut tripple dresser & end table
T.V.  dvd player.  Extra speakers Am/Fm Tuner.

 Dinning room has a Pecan Dinning Room Set. Table with 6 chairs,
matching server & sideboard, Glass Grandfather clock

 Livingroom with full size couch & love seat, 27"  T.V with cable DVD
& VHS players, in an Oak Entertainment Center with movies & DVD's.

Vacation Rental Rates

           Weekly Rentals 7 days Only, No Exceptions.

           Check in and Check out is at 12 noon.

           House is only rented 10 weeks during the year.

           Once rental reaches the 10 week cutoff no other bookings will be accepted.
           Due to home insurance coverage. 

          Please Lawyers & Others, stop inquiring about Weekends, Special
Discounts, 4 or 5 day rentals, etc.     Because of Court cases brought
against Rentors when exceptions are made, it is offered for rent as
stated No Exceptions.

    A weekly lease needs to be sign & returned with the 500 dollar
security deposit to reserve a date.

    

   Off Season Rates are$1,200 per week  October - May.
   In Season Rates are $1,500 per week  June - September.
   Holiday Rates such as Christmas or New Years is $1,500 per week.

   Subtract 500 dollars off total for a 2 week rental

   Off season 2 weeks = $1,900 Plus the 500 Security deposit = total $2,400
   In Season  2 weeks = $2,500 Plus the 500 Security deposit = total $3,000

    A $500 Refundable Security deposit is to be added to the weekly
rate.  as shown above .(It is returned after the house is inspected, usually within 2
weeks).

    Total Payments are to be 30 days before arrival. date.
    Canceled dates that can not be re rented will lose their security
deposit.
