printing your Photo's.

2 Full sized Tub/Shower Bathrooms.

A beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the house.

King Size Oak Master Bedroom, Tripple dresser vanity, kneehole desk
& chair, 32" T.V. with cable, DVD & VHS players, speakers & amp.

Second bedroom has 2 Full size beds one single bed, a baby crib,
changing table desk, chest & t.v.

Third room has a King size bed, chest, end table desk, computer & printer.

Forth bedroom has a Kingsize bed Walnut tripple dresser & end table
T.V. dvd player.

House has 3 King size Beds in total.   New Euro Top Mattresses With 2 inch Memory Foam added for great comfort.      

Dinning room has a Pecan Dinning Room Set. Table with 6 chairs,
matching server & sideboard, Glass Grandfather clock.

Livingroom with full size couch & love seat,  HD T.V with cable DVD
& VHS players, in an Oak Entertainment Center with movies & DVD's.

Air Conditioning.
New Matresses, Linens, & Towels. Cooler & ice packs for going on
Daytrips.

High Speed Internet Connection With Wireless Networking, Computer,
scanner & printer.
Just download your photo's to the Computer & print them.
Make your own Custom Cards with your photos & print them to heavy

Discounts, 4 or 5 day rentals, etc. Because of Court cases brought
against Rentors when exceptions are made, it is offered for rent as
stated No Exceptions.

A weekly lease needs to be signed, & returned with Half of the
total Money to reserve a date.
The full amount needs to be received 30 days before the arrival
date. We do not do last minute rentals.

Summer Rates are $2,000 per week June - September.
In Season 1 Week = $2,000 Plus a 500 Refundable Security
deposit = total $2,500 ( 1,250 to Reserve a date )

A $500 Refundable Security deposit is to be added to the weekly
rate. as shown above .(It is returned after the house is inspected,
usually within 1 week.

Total Payments are to be 30 days before arrival. date.
Canceled dates that can not be re rented will lose their deposit.
