Vacation Rental Description

Just a short walk from the Mission of Santa Barbara,this property 
has the benefit of being close to town with the addition of the 
peacefulness of being in the foothills.  With views of mountains 
from every window this bright airy chalet is a true retreat.  A 
generous 700 sq ft space, which includes a large bedroom with luxury 
bedding and a walk in closet. The fully tiled bath also contains a 
washer/dryer. The living room has an additional Liggett and Platt 
sofa bed that is a combo air/sleeper mattress for exceptional 
comfort.  Remote controlled gas fireplace,and a large screen HD, LCD 
TV are a focal point of the living area.  Fully equipped kitchen 
with dishwasher, full stove, refrigerator and plenty of storage.  
Relax in the Hot Springs Spa with Moto-massage and enjoy the privacy 
of an outdoor patio.

Barbara Botanic Garden. Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural 
and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching, 
fishing to local theatre, museums and cultural events.  

There is no end to what you can enjoy in this beautiful city and 
this location has you right there not far from any activity!

Vacation Rental Rates

Holidays and June 15-September 15  Week night $200, weekend night $250  
$1295 a week for  up to two people.
Holiday nightly rate $250, minimum stay three days
Four day minimum in August unless fewer days are all that is available on calendar.
For three or four people add $25 a night or $200 a week.

Non holiday and Sept 15 - June 15 $995 a week for up to two people.
Non holiday nightly rate weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $200, midweek (other days) $150 
For three or four people add $25 a night or $200 a week.
Three day minimum, if you cannot stay three days, consider using the third day for early check-in
or late check-out.

Monthly rate considered in fall and winter. Inquire about rates and 
availablitity.  
$200 security depost returned within 14 days of departure, $100 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay.
