The Hourglass Spa Retreat is just a short walk from the Mission of Santa Barbara,yet

generous 700 sq ft space, which includes a large bedroom with luxury
bedding and a walk in closet. The fully tiled bath also contains a
washer/dryer. The living room has an additional Liggett and Platt
sofa bed that is a combo air/sleeper mattress for exceptional
comfort.  Gas fireplace,and a large screen HD, LCD
TV are a focal point of the living area. Fully equipped kitchen
with dishwasher, full stove, refrigerator and plenty of storage.

In Santa Barbara you can hike in the mountains and swim on the beach
in the same day! This property is close to the Mission, and Santa
Barbara Botanic Garden. Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural
and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching,
fishing to local theatre, museums and cultural events.

There is no end to what you can enjoy in this beautiful city and
this location has you right there not far from any activity!

Rates quoted are for two people for four add $35 a night or $200 a week.

(Fall/Winter) Oct. 1-February 28th $150 weeknight, $200 weekend night  $995 a week

(Spring) March 1-May 15th $175 weeknight, $225 weekend night, $1095 a week

(Summer) May 16th to September 30th $200 weeknight, $250 weekend night $1295 a week

Weekly minimum in July and August. Five day minimum at all other times unless fewer days are all that is available or it is under 30 days to the reservation.

Rates quoted are for two people.  For three to four people add $35 a day or $200 a week.

Cleaning fee $100.

$200 security deposit, (more for longer stays) returned within 14 days.

10% tax on stays under 30 days.

Five day minimum for stays more than 30 days in the future unless only fewer available (two days always required).

Shorter stays (min two days) allowed for under 30 days in the future and any time that is all that is available.

HOLIDAYS are at higher rate.
